West Coast Powersports has been my go to location since I moved to FL for work a few months ago. The staff is fun, courteous, and friendly and the selection is awesome. I first purchased parts and accessories for my 2023 Grom at this location and it was always a good time with the staff and they always have great parts and accessories on hand. Recently, I traded in my 2023 Grom for a new 2022 CFMoto CX-L 700 Sport. They had an amazing deal on the new bike and gave me a fair price for my trade. They also helped with financing and accessories after the purchase. My sales rep Amber is top notch, so go in and ask for her and she will help get you set up with a sweet ride fast. The whole team was great and the overall experience was 5 star. It's nice to have a place locally you can trust to take care of you. I had my Honda Gold Wing worked on at your dealership and have nothing but great things to say about the Customer Service I received. I had been looking at CAN-AMs for a while. West Coast had the best listings for used, low mile vehicles. I stopped in to look at what they had. Found out about this company from the internet. This company was the only one around that had a jet ski in stock. I spoke to Chris Brown as i was not sure what i wanted and what the differences the different skis have. Chris spend like over 20 minutes with me on the phone and explained everything i asked. By the time i got done talking to Chris Brown i knew what i wanted and wented down to see them. He and his sales peoples were really nice and helped me with everything. Have owned a 1993 CB750. Purchased newin 1995. Moved to Florida about 10 years ago and local dealers would still work on a pre-2000 motorcycle with carbuerators. Recently has carb. problem and found my local Honda dealer refused to work on bike due to age and carburetors. Went to independent Dealer whose senior tech., who had been a tech. at my local Honda Dealer, worked on bike. After waiting a couple of months for carb. parts and repairs, picked up bike and it was apparent still needed corrective carb. work. Motorcycle returned under warranty but after a short period still had persistent carb. problems. Determined to try to find local Honda dealer who would service bike and found Ben Keller, Service Manager at Westcoast Powersports, who would work on carburetors. They picked up bike at my home and returned after work completed. Driver Chevy was great. Work was completed by Dave one of Powersports techs. Bike purrs! Bike returned in pristine condition as Ben had biked placed inside shop until and after worked on. Cannot recommend Ben and Westcoast highly enough. Professional and highly competent. Kudos all around.

On 2-16-2019 I was scheduled to look at a Suzuki Burgman 400 At 2:30 the scooter was in Tampa so they had it delivered to the Clearwater store right on time. They explained the scooter from top to bottom. They went over every inch of the scooter in front of me. Salesman, finance could not have made things easier. No pressure pitches just lots of info then it was my choice. Gave me a great deal including warranty, helmets and cover. Part needed replacement they set it up and will pick up unit fix same and delivery it back to me. I highly recommend giving West Coast Powersports in Clearwater a try. you order elec. parts on 650 burgman of mine prats came in and set apt. jason Ranak all ways gives me the very best work on my bike that's why I always come back to powersports . over 10 years of business I have bought three Burgmans and have been happy with all the great service by all the great pepole that become part of my family .but Jason has been a big part of me and repair of all my bikes .I trust his work on all my bikes

I brought my Honda 1300 VTX-R in for oil change etc.

It was also making a buzzing sound every time i was going about 25 mph. So I asked them to look at it.

They thought it was fixed, it was not. They came to my house, for the second time, and picked it up. They had someone else look at it and he found the problem and fixed it. They did not charge me for inspecting the bike the second go around, they could have. problem solved, new rear tire. Tire had 14K on it. I will trust them with my bike.

Stopped in to a see a low mileage vstrom 650 for sale. Chris Brown came out and struck up a conversation as I was looking the motorcycle over. We talked about past trips taken on two wheels and life in general . I then let him know the price I was looking to buy for. Number was met , test ride was awesome and v strom was purchased. I have felt for sometime that my need to get off of two wheels had come. I looked at Spyder's before but had not ridden one. I did a lot of homework on the internet to see what I felt I'd be happy with. I also checked out dealers and felt West Coast was my best option.

I called and briefly spoke with Chris Brown. A couple of weeks later I made an appointment to get my hands an F3. I took one for a ride and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I adapted to three wheels. Chris has a great deal of knowledge and was able to answer all my questions and even offered information I hadn't considered.

I had a great experience at West Coast Power Sports buying my Can Am Spyder. My salesman was Jamison. He made me feel comfortable purchasing my first bike. He spent time showing me everything I needed to know.

Ive wanted a Can Am since they first came out! But had so many other responsibilities it always had to be on the back burner.

The day we went into the dealership was literally the day after neck surgery at the BONATI Spine institute.

I was in Florida staying on Madeira Beach with my family and friends the last week of July 2017. I pulled our jet ski's all the way from Iowa. On our first day of our trip we launched our ski's at the Madeira Beach Marina. About 30 minutes into our trip we had a break down with one of our Sea Doo jet skis. After I got the skis back on the trailer I googled Sea Doo dealers. The first dealer I called told me they were about 1 to 2 weeks out. I told them I pretty much knew what the problem was. I told them I was on vacation and did not have all my tools with me to diagnose and repair the blown seal around the driveshaft. I also explained my situation, being from Iowa and was on vacation. Still they were of no help. I then called Lauren at West Coast Power Sports. She sympathized with our situation and told me to bring the ski on in and she will see what they can do. With in 45 minutes she had a diagnosis. She even had the parts in stock. Lauren had her techs make the repair on our ski the same day. 3 hours later we were back in business. Unbelievable customer service by Lauren and West Coast Power Sports!!! Saved our vacation. The next day we launched our skis at the Ft Desoto boat ramp and drove our skis to Egg Mont Key. We took our family snorkeling and then made our way over to Anna Maria island to have lunch at the Sand Bar restaurant. We also used our jet skis in other areas of the Gulf and the inter-costal water way during our trip. They have no idea what their kind gesture allowed us to do on our vacation. I called inquiring about a used Suzuki M109R. Found it was on hold and was going to call back the next day but saw an awesome deal on new 2016 M109R. Jumped on it. My wife and I were looking for a Red 2017 F3 Limited. We began looking in early March to replace our 2012 RT Limited. We had to have a new machine by the end of April for our trip across the US. West Coast Power Sports was not the closest dealer but they were the only one of five dealers we contacted who said they could get what we wanted. They also gave us the best pricing. Chris Brown and West Coast Power Sports did everything they promised. The BRP Rep however made false promises on delivery that caused us some concern since we had a firm leave date. Bottom line, the machine came in and WCPS quickly assembled our machine to allow us stay on track with our plans. Their customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend West Coast Power Sports to anyone.

My son was looking for a new scooter. The place we went was closed and found West Coast. When we got there Kevin greeted us and was very knowledgeable about all the bikes there. After looking at many different options, my son decided to get a Suzuki 400 ABS Burgman. I stopped because I had blown a fuse trying to change a light bulb in my light bar. I had put the wrong bulb in an had now lost my head light as well. Dave quickly helped me find the fuse box and I put the old light back in and he change the fuse. Amazingly all the lights came back on and assured a safe ride with all my lights working. He showed me that there are still people willing to help others and he asked nothing in return.Thanks for that = It was my birthday and my wife and I were going driving for the day. that does not happen without him taking a moment out of his busy day to show compassion and actually care about my safety.God Bless

MY 4 SONS BOUGHT AN 07 ZX14 FROM CHRIS BROWN FOR ME. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. HE DESCRIBED THE BIKE VERY WELL WITH NO EXAGGERATION. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT AS THEY WERE BUYING THE BIKE SIGHT UNSEEN AS WE LIVE IN NC. WEHN I RECEIVED IT, IT WAS JUST AS HE HAD DESCRIBED IT. I WAS CONCERNED THAT THE BIKE HAD AFTERMARKET PIPES AND I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO BE REAL LOUD. HE DESCRIBED THEM TO HAVE A NICE RUMBLE WHICH IS EXACTLY HOW I WOULD HAVE DESCRIBED THEM. UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN I RECEIVED THE TITLE, IT HAD NOT BEEN NOTARIZED. I DID HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO ZACH LOBITZ WHICH I WAS DISSAPPOINTED ABOUT. ZACH WAS VERY HELPFUL AS HE AGREED TO SEND ME THE CLUTCH AND BRAKE RESEVOIRS (AS THEY WERE A LITTLE WEATHERED) TO MAKE UP FOR THE DELAY IN GETTING THE TITLE. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND WEST COAST POWERSPORTS TO OTHER CONSUMERS!

Last Saturday I decided to buy a new helmet. I finally tired of gluing the one I bought in 2002 back together as parts fell off.

So that morning I stopped by NEXT MOTORCYCLES on Easy Bay and walked in. The two guys behind the counter were eating breakfast. I said that I wanted to buy a helmet and would like some current information and that I also heard that Blutooth communication units were available. They waved at the wall and told me that that was where the helmets were and that Blutooth units were 99 dollars. They then returned to their breakfast. I said thanks and walked out.I drove a short distance to West Coast Power Sports and encountered a totally different experience. Kevin spent probably a half hour educating me on helmet construction, quality, and cost. He then proceeded to tell me about the Blutooth units and after a few questions recommended one that he thought would suit my needs.They did not have the helmet I wanted in my size so they ordered one. It was in within a few days. When I returned to the shop to pick up the items I asked if Kevin could tell me a little about installation of the Blutooth unit. He said that Morgan would be a better person to talk to. She actually installed it for me and instructed me on its use. It was great. I thought good customer service was obsolete.People like Kevin and Morgan make the world a better place. I will recommend WEST COAST any time I get the chance. Don't think I'll ever go back to NEXT MOTORCYCLES.

Very impressed with the dealership and all its staff. Special thanks to Kevin in his help finding the right helmet for my wife and myself he was extremely knowledgable and patient in selecting the correct ones and also the correct riding gear. We looked at a couple dealerships and Westcoast was the best in overall pricing and completely standing behind their product. I like to thank Zac for his help with all the paper work and Jef with finding a small scratch I the front fender and side body piece. I could have miss these scratches since I just wanted to leave and ride. I just knew I was at the wright place when they order knew parts to replace the scratches. This is my third cycle purchase from WEST COAST POWER SPORTS. Each time, the experience was great. Chris Brown is an easy going guy and I always enjoy workig with him on my purchase. One never feels like they are being pressured or given the "runaround". So when we were ready to trade our 2012 CAN-AM FOR A 2016, I went straight to Chris. But it doesn't end there... the whole management team goes overboard to get the deal done. These guy really scramble!

About service: I requested several options on my trade to be switched to the new bike. There were a couple of obsticals that occured during the switch... but the service team did what had to be done to complete the task.... even if they had to take a hit on the cost of doing so. GREAT JOB!

Have had my bike serviced here before, got the carbs cleaned. All around a great shop with very friendly staff. Went by here today 7/9/2016 to look at some bikes and they had a bbq going after a ride sponsored by Can am. Big thanks to Gary for running the grill and cooking a mean cheeseburger. 5 stars. Very friendly and professional staff with great service and a large selection of motorcycles, ATV's, Etc..I highly recommend this place for anyone needing service or just looking to buy a nice bike.

Jason Randall worked on my 2001 Suzuki Intruder VS1400GLPK on 6/16/16 through 6/22/16. He is the most competent mechanic to work on my bike since I've owned it for the last three years. His knowledge and experience are second to none. I would recommend him, Ben, Esther and West Coast Powersports to anyone.

I have been to many Powersports dealerships these guys are not like the rest. I had a Financial Hardship and they Got me what I wanted into. I am not saying your case will be the same as mine but these guys that work there are going to do what they absolutely can to get you into the watercraft or motorcycle you want. I had been looking for a can am side by side for a few months around this area and seems that there were no sales people in the area that were very interested in working with me on getting a good deal on one, or for that matter even helping with any questions that I had other than, we will sell you one at MSRP,or how about buy one of these models on the floor.
